In the Lightweight shop you can order accessories and products related to the Lightweight brand. Click “Add to cart” to add the selected product to your virtual shopping cart. You can access the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the upper right. From there, simply click “Checkout” and you will be guided step by step through our ordering process.
Account and purchase
If you have not yet set up an account, you will be prompted to enter your personal data and your billing and shipping addresses. Once you select a payment method, you can review all information in the order overview and make any necessary corrections. The invoice will not be sent separately, but will be included with the shipment. Click “Buy” to confirm your order and complete the ordering process. You will then receive an automatic e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order
When you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail listing the order data and our bank information. Please note that for prepayments (especially from outside of Germany), bank fees may be charged to you. The products will be shipped after we have received the full invoice amount. We would like to point out that payment must be received within seven days after the confirmation. Otherwise, after this period your order will be canceled automatically.
Once you have completed your order, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website. There you can pay the invoice for your order with a few clicks.
Pay quickly and easily using your Visa or Mastercard. Please have your credit card information and password ready. Once the credit card institution has approved the transaction, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union are not charged value-added tax. For this reason, other costs such as national sales tax and import duties are normally incurred in addition to the shipping costs. These costs must be paid directly in the destination country.
RRIGHT OF REVOCATION / RIGHTS OF REVOCATION AND RETURN IN THE CASE OF DISTANCE SALES CONTRACTS WITH CONSUMERS
You have the right to cancel this contract within a period of 14 days without stating reasons. The cancellation period begins 14 days from the day when you or someone designated by you, which is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us by way of a clearly worded statement (e.g., regular letter, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract, using the following contact data:

For this purpose, you can use the sample “cancellation form” (download: cancellation-form), although this is not mandatory. To observe the cancellation period, it suffices to send the cancellation notice before expiration of the cancellation period.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract, we will be required to refund all payments that we received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred because you chose a different shipping method than the lowest-cost standard shipping offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days of the day on which we received your cancellation notice. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless another arrangement was expressly agreed with you; in no case will we charge you fees for this refund. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you can demonstrate that you sent the goods back, whichever date is earlier. You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than within 14 days of the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract, at the following address:

This deadline will be deemed to have been met if you send the goods before expiration of the 14-day period. You will be responsible for any loss of value of the goods only if this loss can be attributed to handling by you to an extent that was beyond that required to inspect the condition, quality and functionality of the goods. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
If any of our products is ever defective, you have warranty rights in accordance with Section 3 of our GTC.
If you use our shipping packaging to return our product, please make sure to remove all old stickers, labels, and/or barcodes on the packaging.
Returns of clothing
We cannot accept any goods for exchange that have been worn, apart from trying them on!
Please make sure to return clothing with the original packaging, labels, and any other extras.
Upon delivery or receipt, you should always check goods for damage that may have occurred in transit. Please inform us immediately in writing of any noticeable transport damage.
